"Delivery was a bit faster than I expected"
My order actually showed up about two days earlier than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The tracking seemed clear the whole time, and the box arrived in good shape. I didn’t really have any issues at all.

"Service was okay, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, it took longer than I thought it would. I’m not trying to make it sound like they were terrible or anything, because they did get back to me and fixed the issue in the end. I just had to follow up once, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I do think they could be a little quicker with responses.

I went with my gut on this one and I’m glad I did. It was cheaper than I expected, but the quality still held up just fine. For what I paid, it definitely felt worth it. No complaints from me.

"It’s Fine, Just a Little Clunky"
The site is... fine. I mean, I did eventually find what I needed after poking around for a while, so there’s that. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu wasn’t exactly super clear at first, but sure, it works. Checkout and the forms were mostly okay, so no major disaster there. Overall, it gets the job done, but if you’re in a rush, it might test your patience a bit.

I ordered a hoodie the quality is ridiculous for what I paid. The fabric feels nice and thick, the stitching is clean, and even after a few washes it still looks really good. I’m happy with it

"Return was okay, refund was a bit slow"
Ordering from the-spring.com was totally fine, and the return was okay too—well, actually, the return itself wasn’t the issue, it was more the waiting around for the refund. I sent the item back and expected the money to show up sooner than it did. Customer service did get back to me, though not exactly quickly. Everything worked out in the end, but I do think they could make the refund timeline a little clearer.
